windows bash support?

I just got the CLI to use the git bash terminal instead of CMD. Basically just has to modify the codex CLI codebase to prefer git bash and then launch the app with that CLI build. If you are interested in this I can share more details. 

The main benefit is that bash is codex's native language. The churn of "oh, im on a weird terminal, let me try this hack" goes away.
