Support for Video Podcasts

first, I like to state that I agree with @hunterstich in #21 - this is a really great work, especially due to the clearly structured but eye-candy design; and I love the possibility of adding whole podcasts as well as single episodes to self-created libraries! 😍

However, I'ld appreciate to see video podcasts being supported, like this one, for example:

If you didn't like to implement libs for video playing, the possibility to share a video podcast's content (i.e. its URL) to an external player like VLC would also be a nice improvement.

I definitely want to implement video playback at some point, but it doesn't have the biggest priority for me right now tbf.

But I have added "basic" playback support in 2a55eb4, so that video can be played, there is just no video displayed right now.

As long as that is planned for the foreseeable future ;) , that's also OK for me, especially since most times I'm only using audio podcasts, to be honest. 😁
I just like to have the option available, since I don't like to have an extra podcast player only for video podcasts. 😉
