Solo staker manual needed!

Is there any script or RPC call or any commandline example set regarding Solo Staker?
Docs in step №5 say:

Register as a Staker - you will need a minimum of 1,000 AION (+ NRG fees) to become active.

How to do it exactly?
Is there any relation to externalStaker.sh script?

I have the same problem.

Solo staker is responsible for registering with the Staker Registry as a staker.

But how?

From my understanding, there are two contracts on mainnet, one is for pool staking registry, the other is for solo staking registry. So without official script, solo staker needs to call the solo contract manully to register identity, then he/she can run a Block Signer to produce pos block.
