Data and model availability #6

Hi,
Issue #3 mentioned that the external data links were inaccessible. This still seems to be the case.
The GCS location in the README https://storage.googleapis.com/vantai-public-archive/shapelinker appears to be an empty object.
Are the pretrained models and datasets still available somewhere?
