Update LDDT-PLI to CASP 16 definition #4
Description
Current The LDDTPLIScore uses the dfintion from CASP 15 (https://doi.org/10.1002/prot.26601), while there is a new definition from CASP 16 (https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-5920881/v1). Hence there are sometimes noticable differences between the peppr and ost results in tests/test_metrics.py::test_pli_metrics.
