Sponsorblock and DeArrow buttons appearing multiple times beside the video title

I'm running Librewolf 137.0-3, Sponsorblock 5.11.10 and DeArrow 2.0.7.
Their buttons beside a video title (like the add segment one) appear multiple times, sometimes overwriting parts or the entire title.

I don't have a clue on how this is triggered, but refreshing the page usually fix this
