We are currently using your plugin that includes the "Most Read" feature on our website, which is run by PKP/OJS and we have encountered a couple of issues we'd appreciate your assistance with.

Exclusion of Certain Articles from “Most Read”
Is there a way to exclude specific articles from being displayed in the “Most Read” list? We have identified a few articles that are being featured, but they are not relevant as they are very old articles — possibly due to incorrect tagging.

Data Discrepancies Between Plugin and Custom Reports in OJS/PKP
We’ve noticed significant differences between the statistics displayed on the website and the data from the custom report in OJS/PKP. For example:
One article shows 6,747 "reads" on the website for July–September, but only 560 "reads" in the report.
Another shows 804 downloads via the plugin, while the report lists only 529.
Could you please clarify why there is such a discrepancy? Are the metrics defined differently between the plugin and typical download tracking, or could this be a bug?
Unfortunately, our website provider cannot assist with the plugin questions, and they have advised us to reach out directly to you.
