How to change constant values and default functions?

The default values, correction factors, equations etc used by default in diveRpine are implemented in the function package, but what if a user want to change those values?

We have included new arguments in the functions (e.g. initRichness()) that have default values but that could be provided and customized by the users. But those values only works in the functions. How to implement in the diveRpine app??
