`debian-deploy` : Automatically import files from an `incoming/` directory

Currently, `.deb` packages are put as binary files on the repository via `scp` and then removed manually after the deployment. 

Its is possible, to use `reprepro` automated cleanup using the `incoming/` directory (including a configuration file in `conf/`. The feasibility of this approach shall be explored.
