Segmentation fault (core dumped) in my test run #52

Dear @alachins ,
I was trying RAiSD with the command, RAiSD -f -n test -I SV.asm.vcf but the program stopped and report Segmentation fault (core dumped) error. The RAiSD -h command worked.
I ran this on my school's public cluster and we had several gcc modules. However, none of the module worked. Those are the following info that I can gather. May I know what to do? Thank you!

Distro:  Rocky 8.8 Green Obsidian
gcc (GCC) 8.5.0 20210514 (Red Hat 8.5.0-18) <-- This is gcc/system
$module avail gcc
gcc/6.5.0  gcc/8.4.0  gcc/11.2.0  gcc/system

$RAiSD -h
