Add SU tracking against work categories

As an employee,
I want to be able to track the number of service units dedicated to a given category of work
so that I can objectively reflect on which categories of work dominate my working day.

Four months into receiving a popup every 15 minutes I am no longer convinced by this enhancement. - Putting this one on hold.
