Subject: [PATCH] Increase maximum chroma value for HCT and CAM16 Jch values to
 115

Increase maximum chroma value for HCT and CAM16 Jch values to 115 as color red (#FF0000) has maximum chroma value of any color value which is just below 115, which is above 100.
