Review settings and streamings

Since every livestream now will be streamed both on Twitch and YouTube:

• CMS settings should be able to add multiple channels with name and URL.
• The streaming import and schedule form should allow to specify one or more channels where the live will be streamed.

Evaluate to change the Settings persistence from SQL Server to Azure Table Storage
