CodeRefactoring: Merge Balancing types

Merge:

• ParaBalancing
• LoadBalancing
• DataBalancing
  in the same Balancing enum. Giving to each one the same possible values.

Generalise the functions:

• computeComponentsParallelism
• computeProcessing (CodeRefactoring: compute processing load at init #73)
• generatePayload (move it to common StringGenerator class)

and generate the same array for each of them, then adapt it to needs.
