CodePipelineServiceRole IAM Permissions & Trust Relation Ships?

Hi @alexgibs,

thank you for this approach of deploying a static website from codecommit to s3.

I have issues to set up the minimal IAM permission set of the "CodePipelineServiceRole"-Role.
I always get "Insufficient permissions" messages while deploying with the pipeline.

Could you please provide an example of your policy document attached to CodePipelineServiceRole?
