Updates: challenges, more vulnerabilities and Ollama AI setup!

I've just made some major updates to Zero-Health (a deliberately vulnerable health tech application)!

1. There is now a comprehensive challenge guide. So if you're just getting started, it will guide you through beginner to advanced level techniques. There are also hints in case you get stuck. Of course, you can also find vulnerabilities that have not been listed in the challenges. https://github.com/aligorithm/Zero-Health/blob/main/challenges.md
2. Added more vulnerabilities. There are now more deliberate vulnerabilities, but the app in general has poor security, so I'm sure there are more than the ones I added myself.
3. Fully local AI! If you prefer to use local AI, docker compose will now automatically spin up an ollama container. However, if you have a different provider or you already have ollama running on your host, you can always configure it.
