Authentication bypass

Hello!

I would like to ask about injection vulnerability that refers to login authentication bypass. I started from check which field is exactly vulnerable and it is only email field. I used single quote (') to check it. Then i tried many different payloads like:

• patient@test.com' OR '1'='1' -- (ERROR 401 for --)
• patient@test.com' OR '1'='1' # (ERROR 500 for #)
• patient@test.com' OR '1' LIKE '1' --
• patient@test.com' OR 2>1 --
• patient@test.com' OR '1'='1

Can i ask for more hints, like is the application using prepared statements? It is my firtst steps in penetration tester world so i don't all possible methods and techniques. Looking forword for your help. :)
