How to change recipes?

Can you please provide info how to use this mod, how can i change recipes, do i use Crafttweaker(minetweaker)?
If that's plugin, can you explain to noob how to do it plz.

I'm way not that experienced, how do I isolate only Witchery plugin?

You need to write some mode or integrate it into witchery extras in your fork. Sorry i cant help more with this
