Allow expenses to apply to only specific people in a society

Example: Joe, Jane, Jeff and Jessica go out for dinner. Jessica is lucky, she has a gift card for the restaurant. Jane pays for both Joe and Jeff.

All four of them are in a society: "Js for Life". Jane wants to create an expense but only have it apply to Joe and Jeff.
