What appears to be the main taper equation is given on p. 22 (Eq 33.1), with parameters given on p. 28 (Item 41.1).

Additional context
I would present the models as-is and let the user figure out how to retrieve the taper themselves. Perhaps we can facilitate this somehow, though. See pp. 23-24 for a way to predict the 20% relative height diameter.
