Implement post-processing scripts

Some things need to happen after the publications are written

- [ ] - write/update the VNS
- [ ] - write/update the set of currently defined `model_type` to `summary` collection (used in `alloview`)
- [ ] - write/update the set of currently defined genus-species pairs to `summary` colllection
