Summary
Send system notifications when the Coding Agent needs user attention, using bell/urgency signals from Ghostty.
Details
When the Coding Agent terminal triggers a bell or urgency signal (e.g., waiting for user input, permission prompt, task completion), Factory Floor should surface a macOS system notification so the user knows to switch back to the app.
