I think the source of boot0 for a64 is already included in uboot source from A64 BSP 1.2/2.0/3.0.
These BSP packages can download from pine64.
The pathname is "lichee/brandy/u-boot-2014.07/sunxi_spl/boot0".
I have tried to build and boot these boot0.
