Include Images & Latex

I'd like to be able to include images and mathematical equations in my notes, and can't figure out a way to do that. Does it exist in some fashion and I can't find it, or is it not currently supported?

I need to look into this more closely, but what do you think about something like this? I'll look into typst, but it might be a good idea to align with what is supported in Github.

Assets

I've been experimenting with adding asset support (images, PDFs, etc.) in Notesium. The basic idea is that instead of being tied to a single note, assets could be referenced from multiple notes, creating natural associations with bi-directional links for improved discovery.

Linking to assets would work just like linking to notes - by typing [[. To inline an image asset, ![ would likely be supported as well. PDFs and similar files might open in a side panel or tab. The force-graph will also be updated to visualize asset connections.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on how assets could best fit into your workflow.

I like this approach, it's what SiYuan does, which is my current PKM solution. It also prevents wasteful storing of multiple copies of the same file.

Those both (the MathJax rendering and the asset inclusion) seem like exactly the kind of thing I was looking for!
