According to some old text in the Pay team manual, it was once possible to see and revoke all the API tokens created by a user across all gateway accounts.
This would be useful for off-boarding and in the case of a user going rogue.
Current workarounds (navigating from the user to the services they can access, then to the gateway accounts, then to the API tokens) are clunky and can miss tokens created on gateway accounts the user no longer has access to.
