Merge where.rb into the main Helloworld class.

It outputs JSON for all the users, and location.

The envisaged use was for a map service, that can plot these onto a map. i.e. map box.

But we maybe able to roll our own simply?

This would probably need a version 2. But I will write a test, that establishes a new method where_json, returns json, and is included in the main helloworld class.

reconfirm this is done done. Was completed, but still looks like the where.rb file exists. Perhaps this needs to just be deleted to complete the task.
