[🐞 BUG] Middle-of-transcript duplication - COHERE

Describe the bug
Phrases in the middle of the transcript are repeated multiple times.

To Reproduce

1. Update from FluidVoice 1.5.11-beta.3 to v1.5.12
2. Record a transcript for a minute with Cohere
3. Notice phrase duplication in the middle of the transcript
4. Easily rollback to FluidVoice 1.5.11-beta.3 to find issue disappeared

Expected behavior
Same behavior as FluidVoice 1.5.11-beta.3

Additional context
Sorry, I didn't test for longer and rolled right back! Reporting just in case it wasn't a fluke.
Based on my experience using Cohere since its release, the duplication did seem quite unusual.

Well, truth be told, I'm seeing some of that middle of transcript duplication even on 1.5.11-beta.3.

It makes me wonder whether I was experiencing issues before that I overlooked because I was able to correct the transcripts with a quick selection and backspace.

Another possibility comes to mind I'd like to eliminate. When I updated the production release from beta 3, I had to re-download Cohere. But that would have been the exact same model, is that right? Or any optimizations or changes made in the meantime, perhaps?

So this model cannot do more than 35s in one go and I merge it if it goes more than that. Is this audio > 35s?

If not, then it's a model issue and I've seen it happen too. The only way to solve this is to make the model bigger to 2.5GB instead of ~1GB. Will you be willing to do that trade off? 🤔

Edit: Great to know about the fundamental limitation. Put a timer on, and seems like that could well be it.

God damn. In my evals it passed with flying colors. I'll make sure to fix this. You're the best QA! It's as if my merge algo didnt even strike
