[ CRITICAL ISSUE ] : Ubuntu 24.04 and Pico 4 - SteamVR don't working

Hello, before starting, I'm sorry if my english is limited.

Description

SteamVR crashing instantly when I'm trying to connect my vr headset. But if I'm trying to open SteamVR without have launched ALVR, SteamVR do not crash. This crash work with wireless and wire connection.

General Troubleshooting

• I carefully followed the instructions in the README and successfully completed the setup wizard
• I read the ALVR GitHub Wiki

I'm using GNOME 46 in X11.

I completely reinstalled Ubuntu for fresh install and tried Flatpak following the instructions on the wiki. It doesn't work; there are no crashes, but SteamVR works but blocks extensions on startup.

J'ai le même problème et pour régler faut malheureusement bidouiller, faut utiliser une version "Nightly" --> (une version en cours de développement qui est publique). Mais le problème c'est que depuis l'une des dernières versions, les dévéloppeurs ont supprimé un fichier qui permet le bon exécution du logiciel avec les cartes graphiques NVIDIA (ou peut être aussi AMD et INTEL ARC, je dis peut être des conneries). Donc, plusieurs utilisateurs l'ont signalé. Et pour régler cela je crois il faut bidouiller avec le fichier "libvpl.dll".

Aussi, j'ai une erreur avec SteamVR que apparemment personne l'a. En ouvrant la dernière version (2.14.5), "Steam" ET "SteamVR" va redémarrer et après qu'ils se sont redémarrés, l'interface de SteamVR était buggé. Donc j'ai du utiliser l'avant dernière version (2.14.4) et pour ce faire il faut aller dans les propriétés et beta.
