Three-finger swipe left/right workspace gesture doesn’t work on fedora 43

After enabling Windows Gestures on Fedora 43 (GNOME Shell 49.1), three-finger left/right swipe to change workspace does nothing. When performing the gesture, GNOME Shell logs JS error.
