Add a notebook into the folder "braket/experimental/algorithms/quantum_circuit_born_machine", so that users know how to use the class QCBM defined in the qcbm.py file.
How would this feature be used? Please describe.
The notebook could be basically the code and text in this blog.

See the text above the first code snippet in this blog where the example of QCBM was cited. The fact this folder does not have a notebook to run not only impact the reader to follow the QCBM example, but also the reader of that blog to understand how to use error mitigation.
