Parallelization #6
Description
The task allocation should be parallelizable fairly easily with an openmp call.
- Check if there are any race conditions in TA
- Add OpenMP install (apt?)
- Add OpenMP to cmake
- Add OpenMP line to solver
- Add mutex to solver
