What was implemented

src/archml/workspace/config.py — Added find_workspace_root(start_dir: Path) -> Path | None:

• Walks up the directory tree from start_dir looking for .archml-workspace.yaml
• Returns the first directory containing the marker, or None if not found
• Also added WORKSPACE_CONFIG_FILENAME constant for the marker file name

src/archml/cli/main.py — Updated all 4 CLI commands:

• check, serve, sync-remote, and update-remote now call find_workspace_root when the workspace config isn't found at the given directory
• Removed the dead .archml-workspace (no .yaml) marker check from sync-remote and update-remote — that file was never created by archml init
• Error messages updated to say "or any parent directory"

tests/workspace/test_config.py — Added 5 unit tests for find_workspace_root:

• Finds workspace in current directory
• Finds workspace in a parent directory (walks up)
• Returns None when no workspace found
• Returns the nearest (innermost) ancestor workspace
• Resolves path components like . before walking

tests/cli/test_main.py — Added 4 CLI integration tests:

• test_check_autodetects_workspace_in_parent_directory
• test_serve_autodetects_workspace_in_parent_directory
• test_sync_remote_autodetects_workspace_in_parent
• test_update_remote_autodetects_workspace_in_parent
