Move Run PMD submenu into Analyze sub menu #133
Description
In 2023.1 the IntelliJ team reduced the clutter of menu entries to make the IDE more easy to use. It would be helpful if the PMD actions would take part of this transition and would move the Run PMD top-level action to the Analyze sub menu.
