Delete customer feature is inconvenient

When deleting large number of customers (possibly added by accident), it is inconvenient to copy each phone number down. Also, the app does not allow copying of details inside the customer information box, so manual typing of the phone number is required, which would waste a lot of time and effort.

Rejected, we are not convinced that the lack of this feature will cause inconvenience to our target users.

1. Tester claims that it is possible to accidentally add multiple customers and hence require the need to delete large number of customers. We do not think this is possible as customers must be added one by one, hence user will not find the need to delete large number of customers.
2. We do not think there is a need for a business to delete a large number of customers as most businesses will want to maintain their customer base.
3. We do not think a copying function is essential for our app, as our target users are from Singapore where there is a limit of 8 digits in the phone number. At most, users can memorise the 8 digit phone number to delete the customer.

Reason for disagreement: I will concede that my example was flawed, and does not really seem to be a possible situation. However, that was just a side comment, and not the main issue. There are definitely cases where a home business would need to delete a large number of customers, such as when moving house and not wishing to cater to a fraction of customers that are too far away. It is true that this rarely occurs, which is why the severity given is low.

Additionally, the target user profile in the DG does not state that they are from Singapore, and it is not mentioned anywhere else in the DG or in the UG either.

As such, my understanding was that there could be much longer phone numbers, which would be inconvenient to copy manually.
