This is given in almost every test case, but is completely unnecessary as the validity of the command is already considered in each test case. Additionally, this is not true when testing invalid commands.

Accepted. It is included to make it clear that for some testing, the arguments need to be valid for accuracy purposes.
It is purely cosmetic to remove.

Reason for disagreement: This is one example where it occurs in the DG.

This would confuse the reader as the Prerequisites are not actually prerequisites at all, but conditions for the command to be successful.

For the successful test cases with the command format given, the reader might think there are other arguments or parameters to provide beforehand.
For the erroneous test cases, the Prerequisites are not needed at all, and would cause unnecessary complications in executing the commands.

As this occurs multiple times in the DG, this would cause inconvenience for some readers trying to understand the test cases, which follows the requirements for severity.Medium.
