Adjusting GUI size directly cause app to disappear from screen

As seen in the bottom taskbar, the app is selected but there is no visible GUI. Additionally, I am unable to get the GUI back in my screen, even after restarting the app.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Move the GUI slightly if it is not in the bottom edge extended infinitely mode (See other issue)
2. Mouse over the top edge of the app until the cursor shows the double headed arrow
3. Left click and drag downwards slightly
