Some components are not working

Some of the AMP Pages are not working like 'Geolocation-based Consent Flow' and components like 'amp-app-banner'

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://ampbyexample.com/user_consent/geolocation-based_consent_flow/#amp-geo=de'
   or
   'https://ampbyexample.com/playground/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fampbyexample.com%2Fcomponents%2Famp-app-banner%2Fsource%2F&mode=Pixel+2'
2. Blank.

Expected behavior
https://ampbyexample.com/user_consent/geolocation-based_consent_flow/#amp-geo=de it should demonstrate how amp-geo and amp-consent can work together for GDPR compliancy.

it works for me on a Mac laptop. Is it only this page not loading for you on Windows?
