"Page not found" error in documentation

It appears that the Index tab in the documentation for the toolbox, points to a page that is not present at the specified path, resulting in the following bug-

When the gen_toc method of gen_md_pages.py creates helptoc.xml, the line highlighted in the image below, gets added, leading to the aforementioned bug -

This can be fixed in the gen_toc method, by removing the string "index" from the list pages before rendering the template toc.tmpl. Something like the following -
