[overall] Lacking Windows tests, regressions may occur

The tool is not developed for nor tested on windows.
It is known that adoc serve doesn't work on windows (lack of killgp, timestamp management should also differ).
Building the doc with make html should work, but it is not tested.

Windows users are recommended to use WSL2

Maybe use sphinx-autobuild or python -m http.serve <port>. They work in windows

As of v0.4.18, minor fixes have been added to make make html and adoc serve work on windows.
still, a ci to ensure no regressions should be added and overall file manipulation performance is staggering worst, making the doc build take many times longer.
