Port commits from u-boot-xlnx

As part of the effort to consolidate U-Boot forks at ADI, u-boot-xlnx should be deprecated.

Initially the commits will be copied to a corresponding adi-xlnx-u-boot-<year>.<xilinx-ver>-y branch. Then ideally they would be forward ported to a newer release so we don't need to maintain so many branches.

Branches to be migrated

  • Backport/xlnx 2018.2/adrv eval boards #42 ➡️ adi-xlnx-u-boot-2018.2.y
  • Backport/xlnx 2025.1/adrv eval boards #46 ➡️ adi-xlnx-u-boot-2025.1-y
• pluto (xilinx-v2016.4) 61 commits
  • Many commits including several merge commits makes it difficult to rebase
  • Remove adi-xlnx-u-boot-2016.4-y
  • @mhennerich is replacing the above in Add PlutoSDR, ADALM2000, and Sidekiq Z2 board support #85
• jupiter-sdr (xilinx-v2023.1) 3 commits
• adi_k26_smk_dts_wrapper (xilinx-v2023.2) 1 commit
  • Only includes a dts snippet, which enables a sdhci and includes another dts that only disables the same node. So the user of this dts can simply use the original dts where sdhci is already enabled. @SRaus do you know who is using this branch and why we can't just use the original dts, which wouldn't require a patch?
  • It enables sdhci1 (SD-Card) and includes a dts that disables sdhci0 (eMMC)
  • Maintained by @alin724, ships U-Boot and Linux images with an Ubuntu RFS in an archive on SWDownloads
  • dts should be renamed to adrd8012-01z.dts (see ADRD8012-01Z), newlines added and a PR opened against adi-2025.10.y
