Description

When loaded together in R, the logistf package breaks ALASCA. When running the ALASCA function call, the following error happens : INFO [2026-02-20 10:35:30] Initializing ALASCA (v1.0.19, 2026-01-16)
INFO [2026-02-20 10:35:30] Will use linear models!
INFO [2026-02-20 10:35:30] Will use Rfast!
WARN [2026-02-20 10:35:30] Converting IDs to integer values
INFO [2026-02-20 10:35:30] The time column is used for stratification
Error in [.data.table(self$data_df, , .SD, .SDcols = c(self$model$formula$all_terms, :
.SDcols is missing at the following indices : [1, 6]

I identified the issue by loading all my packages one by one, and ALASCA worked fine until I loaded logistf. Downgrading R and ALASCA did not solve the issue.
