As a developer I want to install the module with pip.

• Investigate how to package it
• Refactor the code
• Update Documentation with package usage and examples

I've packaged and uploaded the hydrate package to Test PyPI. https://test.pypi.org/project/hydrate/#description

The package definitely needs some polish and better documentation before officially publishing to PyPI.
