Equipment List Printing

• In the main window, when you select "Makati" from the branch combo box, then you type an equipment name or equipment number, Manila branch is shown again.
• The maintenance window went to the back again for some reason but it didn't show a "form is already disposed error".
• Header is missing starting from the second page when printing on the Equipmentlist.
• When you Alt+F4 the main window, the system is hidden and you have to end the process to fully close it.
• Report Viewer of MaintenanceStaffPrinting, where is the source Date Completed going to be taken?
• Please correct the spelling of Annually in the Combo Box in Equipment Management window
• ComboBox of UserType.Text="" is accepted
