It would be interesting to be able to specify with a url parameter what sort of pages you want to find or don't want to find in the river, like a filter.

Maybe only pages that have had a certain pattern of actions happen on them, or that have a certain item type on them... or maybe filter out pages that just have a title and are otherwise empty.

I'm open to adding something like this, but I'd need specific use cases to decide how to implement things. Are you thinking of a keyword search? I've already been thinking of implementing something that doesn't show a page just forked, especially near the origin or another fork.
