Installation errors: "setup.py install"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded pssh-2.3.1 on AIX 7.1
2. run "setup.py install" 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
# setup.py install
setup.py[2]: import:  not found.
setup.py[5]: long_description:  not found.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pssh-2.3.1 on AIX 7.1 TL2 

Please provide any additional information below.

I found the problem, I needed to run "python setup.py install", once i did that 
it looks like it installed.
