please clarify the copyright and license of test images #21

Hi,
I'm in the process of packaging this library for Debian [1], but I discovered that the several/all test images may not be under the same license and copyright holder as the rest of the sources.
At least for the JPG RIP figure I found this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:JPEG_example_JPG_RIP_100.jpg
Could you please elaborate where the files came from or better who is/are the copyright owners and what's the license of these files?
