Investigate safari/IE failures on SL

While testing locally with Safari 7, I have no issues. However, the SauceLabs Safari seems to not be running any specs, and is likely caught in an infinite loop. It's not clear why since it will pass locally, but this requires some investigation.

Okay, so testing with a local Safari 7 and local IE11 does not result in these problems. I think this is either an issue with the SL browsers, or possibly just an issue with trying to run too many jobs at once. Since I can't actually see what's happening on angular-ci, this is hard to debug!
