"no_gui_or_graphics" opens a windows which shows transcript log

🐞 Description of the bug

pyfluent launches a console window which writes transcript log when providing the ui_mode = "no_gui_or_graphics"

pyfluent.config.disable_monitor_refresh_on_init = True
pyfluent.launch_fluent(ui_mode="no_gui_or_graphics", mode="solver")

@prmukherj can one of you please compare Fluent behaviour in the specifically mentioned mode in 251 252 261 both with and without PyFluent.

N.b. this is also 1349565 internally.

@tejalprabhu01, This issue happens in PyFluent with "no_gui_or_graphics" as launcher arguments. Will need to figure it out. In Fluent side the transcript is part of the command line only.
