Audio EQ adjustments #12
Description
In current budget removing the eq is done globally. Even for boosting effects. This is a global option and we have no fine grained control over how individual levels handle this.
Two new channels should be introduced to allow map creators to explicitly specify if their sample should have eq or not.
We will have to creator major changes in the channel group tree to accomplish this. More discussion on specific limitations and how we should be about implementing this need to happen.
