[BUG] Claude Code on VS Does Not Give Any Response

What's Wrong?

Claude Code on VS Code does not give any response no matter how long I waited and shows no output for 9/10 tries in the past 2 hours.

What Should Happen?

It should give response

Only time it showed output as:

Steps to Reproduce

Type anything in the Claude Code, even try "hello" or "claude doctor", it doesn't give any response. Tried reinstalling and log out and log in again using terminal, still didn't fix this issue.
